Cement is primarily used in construction and infrastructure development, while lime finds extensive applications in construction, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Therefore, the manufacturing of cement and lime is a core industry for humanity and a vital raw material for constructing daily life. This industry involves mining and mineral processing, as well as complex mechanical processes like extraction, grinding, and calcination. These machines and equipment often operate under extreme conditions. Firstly, we offer BECHEM High-Lub FA 67-400 KS grease, which significantly extends the service life of the slewing bearing of hydraulic excavators with very low consumption rates. Some greases contain synergistic combinations of solid lubricants, enabling their application in bearings subjected to very high surface pressures, low speeds, and/or impact loads.

Moving on to the lubrication of joint bearings in vertical roller mills, when using BECHEM High-Lub FA 50 MO, the combination of high loads, vibrations, and small oscillation angles can be safely controlled, and the service life of spherical bearings can be significantly extended. Additionally, for applications exceeding 300°C, high-temperature greases with selective solid lubricants are recommended. For instance, in handling and smelting processes, special mineral oil-based and synthetic high-temperature greases with extremely high thermal resistance are suitable for bearings subjected to high thermal loads.

Maintenance, especially in terms of cleanliness, should not be overlooked.
