The Berucut XC series is specifically developed for challenging metal cutting applications. Unlike traditional metalworking fluids, this series, including Berucut XC 1015Berucut XC 2005Berucut XC 2007, exhibits better viscosity-temperature characteristics in both high and low-temperature conditions. It features higher flash points, a significantly high viscosity index, low volatility, and reduced oxidation tendencies, enhancing performance and tool lifespan. It is suitable for high-speed cutting, offers excellent material compatibility, and boasts superb anti-foaming properties.

For extreme processing conditions such as high-heat-stress grinding processes and challenging deep-hole machining of special materials, we offer solutions. For instance, the Berucut series includes Berucut RMO 244, a non-water-soluble coolant designed for turning and sawing processes, and Berucut TBO 315, suitable for deep drilling in applications like jet engine components and ELB processing.

Berucut TBO 315 excels in supporting demanding machining parameters due to its robust anti-wear/extreme-pressure (AW/EP) additives. In terms of metal cleaning in metalworking, our Beruclean series offers water-based and solvent-based products for residue-free cleaning of remaining fluids.

For example, Beruclean H1 Spray is a grease solvent and brake cleaner that effectively removes various oil stains, grease marks, as well as partially cured coatings and paints.
