【新聞】新認證取得-食品級/醫療工業特殊潤滑液

BECHEM 工廠通過ISO 21469認證，一共有29款產品的生產線成功獲得此項證書殊榮。原先已擁有H1認證的產品，現在添增了ISO 21469認證、符合“衛生標準規範”。ISO 21469是NSF針對食品、藥物級潤滑劑所設定的國際標準，不僅確保潤滑劑本身的衛生程度，也規範了整套生產過程，包括製程、物料處理、包裝及倉儲流程。此外，該認證也包含風險評估，因此企業還須制定一個與衛生相關的配套措施。

使用通過ISO-21469認證的BECHEM H1潤滑劑，食品製造商和製藥商即可符合嚴格的衛生要求。有需要GMP認證的企業，可以向認證單位提出Bechem潤滑劑之相關證明，即可達到申請認證的標準。

Upgraded by the certificate – Lubricants for the food / pharma industry

Initially, 29 BECHEM products have been certified successfully according to ISO 21469. The existing H1 certificates are supplemented by the ISO 21469 certificate by the aspect of "hygiene requirements". The ISO 21469 sets an international standard for lubricants and regulates not only the hygiene requirements of the lubricant itself, but also the entire production process, including manufacturing, handling, packaging and storage. In addition, certification based on risk assessment requires a strategy for the selection of hygiene-related measures.

The ISO-21469-certified BECHEM H1 lubricants help food and pharmaceutical manufacturers to comply with strict hygiene requirements of food and pharmaceutical products, at the same time serving as material certification for lubricants that have to be submitted in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing -Practice) in the pharmaceutical industry.
